7H-01Water flow problem
Name in the manufacturer's documentation (service manual): Water flow problem
[1]
In plain words (editorial)
The water flow through the heat pump is lower than the minimum required, so the indoor unit stops. According to the manual, the unit stops temporarily and the error resets automatically after some time. Things the manual says to check: all shut-off valves fully open, a clean water filter, no air in the system (purge it), water pressure above 1 bar, an intact expansion vessel.
When to call a service technician: If the problem persists after these checks, the manual says to contact your dealer.

For technicians
Detection conditions (source text)
- When the flow is lower than the minimum required flow, the indoor unit stops operation and displays error 7H[2]
Steps given by the manufacturer (source text)
- Check that all shut-off valves of the water circuit are completely open[3]
- Check that the water filter is clean; clean if necessary[4]
- Check there is no air in the system; purge air (manual or automatic air purge)[5]
- Check the water pressure is > 1 bar[6]
- Check the expansion vessel is not broken[7]
- Check the resistance in the water circuit is not too high for the pump (ESP curve)[8]
- If the problem persists after all checks, contact your dealer[9]
Notes from the documentation
- Unit temporarily stops; after some time the error resets automatically and the unit resumes operation[10]
