Daikin Altherma 3: what to do in case of a fault (code description, history, emergency heater) and maintenance

  1. As end user: regularly check if the water pressure is above 1 bar[1]
  2. The installer has to perform a yearly maintenance[2]
  3. Keep the user interface clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not use any detergents[3]
  4. Contact/helpdesk number via the user interface: [8.3] Information > Dealer information[4]
  5. Press the left dial to open the main menu and go to Malfunctioning[5]
  6. A short description of the error and the error code is displayed[6]
  7. Press in the error screen: a long description of the error is displayed[7]
