F13 means the working mode changed – for example after the grid type or frequency was changed, after switching the battery mode to “No battery”, or (on some old firmware) after changing the system work mode. If it stays, the manual says to turn off the DC switch and the AC switch, wait one minute and turn them on again.

When to call a service technician: If the inverter does not return to normal, contact the installer.
