For technicians
Possible causes (source text)
- During inverter operation, the input-to-ground insulation resistance becomes low.[2]
Steps given by the manufacturer (source text)
- If it occurs occasionally, it may be caused by a temporary abnormality in the external line. After the fault is cleared, normal operation will resume, and no manual intervention is required.[3]
- If it occurs frequently or cannot be recovered for a long time, check whether the PV string-to-ground impedance is too low.[4]
⚠ Work on refrigerant circuits, mains electricity and PV DC wiring is for qualified technicians only.
