GoodWe ET G2: switching the system (inverter + battery) off and on in a safe order

  1. When performing operation and maintenance on equipment in the system, de-energize the system. Operating equipment while live may cause equipment damage or electric shock hazards[1]
  2. After the equipment is powered off, internal components take a certain amount of time to discharge. Wait according to the time specified on the label until the equipment is completely discharged[2]
  3. When there are multiple batteries in the system, powering off any one battery will power off all batteries[3]
  4. To restart the battery, use the air switch to power it on[4]

  7. System cleaning: check the heat sink, fan, and air inlet/outlet for foreign objects and dust; check whether debris has accumulated around the equipment – once every six months[7]

  9. If any problem that may affect the battery or energy storage inverter system is found, please contact after-sales personnel. Unauthorized disassembly is prohibited[9]
