- Send a shutdown command, and turn off the ac switch, dc switch, and battery switch.[4]
- Check whether the power cable and communications (rs485) cable between the backup box and the device are properly connected.[5]
- Wait for 5 minutes and turn on the battery switch, ac switch, and dc switch.[6]
