The water flow switch does not detect enough water flow and the unit stops; according to the service manual, after 60 seconds of low flow the water pump and compressor switch off and the OFF/ON LED blinks. Even after a reset the error returns if the cause is not repaired.

When to call a service technician: Call the installer: the water pump and the water circuit (flow, air, filter) must be checked.
