H12Indoor/Outdoor capacity unmatched

Name in the manufacturer's documentation (service manual): Indoor/Outdoor capacity unmatched[1]

In plain words (editorial)

The outdoor unit and the indoor unit do not match each other (capacity unmatched) – for example a wrong model combination or a wrong PCB.

When to call a service technician: This is fixed by the installer – the units or PCB must match the specification.
