Communication error between the indoor and outdoor units. The service manual's first step is a restart after switching the power off – if the error does not come back, nothing more is needed. The checks in the service manual (wiring, sensors, PCBs, refrigerant) are for a qualified air-conditioning technician.

- Check the connection of power cable and communication cable; correct the wrong cable.[3]
- Check whether the power is normal (check 5EA LED lamps); if not, exchange the outdoor PBA.[4]
- Exchange the indoor unit PBA; if the error occurs again, exchange the outdoor unit PBA.[5]
