Samsung EHS Mono: water pressure and the strainer filter

  1. The nominal water pressure in the system should remain about 1.0 bar at all times to avoid air entering the water system[1]
  2. The water pressure indicated on the manometer will vary depending on the water temperature[2]
  3. The strainer (water filter) must be cleaned after flushing the pipes, and it should be cleaned periodically; replace when necessary[3]
  4. The minimum required water flow for operation is 16 liters/min; otherwise the unit can stop due to a lack of water[4]
  5. The pressure relief valve prevents abnormal water pressure by opening at 3.0 bar[5]
  6. It is recommended that annually a competent person inspects and cleans the line strainer and checks the relief valves[6]
