F.865High pressure fault
Name in the manufacturer's documentation (service manual): High pressure fault
[1]
In plain words (editorial)
High pressure fault – the refrigerant circuit switches off. The manual names air in the heating circuit, shut-off heating circuits, blocked or faulty pumps, a contaminated condenser, a faulty high pressure sensor, or set flow temperatures that are too high.
When to call a service technician: Make sure the heating circuits (valves, thermostats) are not all closed; if it repeats, contact your heating contractor.

For technicians
Possible causes (source text)
Steps given by the manufacturer (source text)
- Vent the secondary circuit.[8]
- Check the system pressure.[9]
- Check secondary pump and heating circuit pumps.[10]
- Flush heating circuits.[11]
- Measure voltage at connection X14.1/X14.2 of the VCMU refrigerant circuit controller; replace sensor if necessary[12]
- Adjust set temperatures of consumers.[13]
- Check outdoor unit for icing up; de-ice if necessary[14]
What the device does (source text)
- Refrigerant circuit off[15]
⚠ Work on refrigerant circuits, mains electricity and PV DC wiring is for qualified technicians only.
