Guides
- How to switch off and restart a Growatt MOD inverter (including after Error 200)
“Error 200” means an arc fault (AFCI) – it can only be reset manually after the cause is fixed. Switch DC and AC off, wait for the screen to go dark, have the strings checked, then restart.
- Growatt MOD: green and red LED, the display and what to tell service
Green means normal operation, red means a fault with the message shown on the OLED screen. In weak or no sunlight the inverter disconnects automatically – this is normal.
- Growatt MOD: cleaning the inverter and the yearly DC disconnect check
Clean only with the AC breaker and DC switch off and without cleaning agents. Check the DC disconnect and cables for visible damage; once a year the manual asks to turn the DC disconnect switch off and on.
- Growatt MOD: what to prepare before reporting an error
The manual lists the information service needs: a short description of the problem, the conditions when it occurred and the string layout.
