  1. Report the faulty product within the warranty period, with a detailed error description, to the SOFARSOLAR service hotline; send the claim by fax/email or through the Warranty Claim Website[1]
  2. The End User may also contact the dealer (SOFARSOLAR authorised dealer or distributor) or installer if the Product is defective or faulty[2]
  3. Product Model and serial number[3]
  4. A copy of the valid purchasing invoice[4]
  5. Fault descriptions and error IDs (where applicable)[5]
  6. End user and/or claimant details[6]
  7. Detailed information about the entire system (module, PV system diagram, installation date, etc.)[7]
  8. Documentation of previous claims/exchanges (if applicable)[8]
  9. The warranty may not be guaranteed if the above information is not provided[9]
